Is TryLease really free for property owners? +
Yes, 100% free. TryLease does not charge any listing fee, subscription fee, or commission. You can list your property and receive enquiries without paying a single rupee. We believe in making property leasing accessible for everyone.
How long does it take for my listing to go live? +
Once you submit your listing through the "List Your Property" form, our team will review and verify it within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation at your email once your listing is live.
I found a fake or misleading listing. What should I do? +
Please contact us immediately at varun@trylease.in with the details of the listing. We take listing integrity very seriously and will investigate and remove any fraudulent listings within 24 hours.
Which cities does TryLease currently serve? +
We are launching from the Tricity region — Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula — and rapidly expanding to cities across India including Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and more.
Can I list commercial or industrial properties too? +
Absolutely. TryLease is designed for residential, commercial (offices, shops, showrooms), and industrial (warehouses, factories, sheds) properties. We're the only platform in India dedicated exclusively to all types of lease properties.
